It’s effortless to hurt
It’s unproblematic to weave hurtful lies
It’s trouble-free to exert one’s power over another
It’s undemanding to bully or invoke pain on someone
Destructive energies gain nothing but pain!
Violence brings division … discomfort!
Aggression creates only injury and wound!
Brutality conceives bloodshed … ferocity!
