So necessary
So vital
So central

Without it, something is difficult to manage without.
Without it, something that’s an imperative cannot be completed.
Without it, something essential and obligatory is impossible to fulfill.

What is indispensable to life? 
Is it our very heart … blood flow … brain function?
What is indispensable to love?
Is it compassion, intimacy, caring, understanding?
What is indispensable to health?
Is it exercise, water, food?
What is indispensable to sleep?
Is it a bed, a calm mind, a quiet environment?
What is indispensable to work for pay?

Is it mastered skill, attendance, enthusiasm, delivery?
