Conceived in revulsion-

I created blurs to survive tumultuous years …

 

I am a child of joy

Born out of serenity-

When I began realizing life’s hows and whys

I felt fortunate … loved … adored!

 

I am a child of joy

Deliberated in ecstasy-

When I began realizing life’s hows and whys

I formed hopeful thoughts about existence!

 

I am a child of joy

Considered in wondrous pleasure-

When I began realizing life’s hows and whys

I thanked heavens with my adoring words!

 

I am a child of joy

Conceived in exultation-

When I began realizing life’s hows and whys

I created distinct memories of my blessed years!
