Roll head from side to side, front and back
Get the feet to spring up and bounce back and forth
Bend waist and touch your toes
Now extend left leg up front and lounge
Let the right leg compete with the left on flex
Reach far down as you can and hear extremities scream
You’re ready for the walk
You’re so ready for the jog
You might even want to run
Go with your happy feet
And give it your all!
