When anger crawls and builds inside
It explodes without mercy
It fumes and rages
It breeds contempt
It stirs resentment
It sinfully annoys
It infuriates
Consenting to it gnaws the mind inside out
Keeping it disparages the heart

Out with it then, you wretched wrath!
You’re shameful, inferior, devoid of worth
Fade away quickly … vanish … be gone
Let goodwill flow in and sweetly return!
