From here and there
We spring, play and thrive
Off traveling we go to open lands
In arms or backs of strong Winds …
Mother
Earth opens its bosomTo receive and cradle our tiny bones
Rain’s gentle droplets nourish our thirsty bodies
Until in time we break loose
And happily spread our arms
To
yet again receive manna from Sun’s warmth …
Nothing
more is required to uphold our livesBe it short or long lived
In the valleys or atop mountains
On plains or rocky ground
God’s graces envelop and sustain!
